Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs bookings made through www.arlingtonandrow.co.uk,operated by Arlington & Row Ltd, or via booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb,VRBO, Plum Guide).

Cancelling Your Booking

You may cancel at any time by notifying us in writing at rebecca@arlingtonandrow.co.uk,3 Tyndale Road, Hucclecote, GL3 3PH, or via the booking platform used.

  • Platform Bookings: The platform’s cancellation policy applies—check their website for details.
  • Direct Bookings with Arlington & Row Ltd:
    • 8 weeks or more before arrival: Full refund of the holiday rental fee.
    • 4 weeks before arrival: 50% refund.
    • 2 weeks or less before arrival: No refund.

Special Circumstances: We may issue full refunds forlate cancellations due to events like pandemics, natural disasters, or nationalemergencies, at our discretion. We don’t provide cancellation or travelinsurance—please arrange your own.

Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel your booking if:

  • Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, urgent repairs) arise;
  • You behave abusively toward our team or property;
  • We reasonably believe you may damage the property or breach our Terms and Conditions;
  • The property owner requires it and offers a suitable alternative.

If we cancel and no alternative is agreed, we’ll fullyrefund all payments received. We’re not liable for additional losses orinconvenience caused by cancellation.

Changing Your Booking

We’ll try to accommodate date changes if requested more than14 days before your stay. Within 14 days, a £50 admin fee may apply, plus anyextra rental costs for the new dates. We may waive the fee for events beyondyour control (e.g., emergencies).

Changes aren’t accepted within 1 week of your start date.Shortening your stay is treated as a cancellation, subject to the terms above.
