Goods must conform to their description. Local produce requires full payment at purchase, while bookings follow the payment terms chosen at booking. We aim for accurate descriptions, but cannot guarantee absolute precision—you purchase at your own risk. We may amend, reject, or cancel orders if necessary. If we cancel after payment, we’ll issue a full refund. Please monitor your payment method to confirm receipt.

Third-Party and User Goods/Services

We may offer third-party or user-sold goods/services. We’re not responsible for their quality or accuracy. We may ban users violating these terms from selling.

Payments

We accept credit cards and direct debit. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the amount due. We may cancel transactions if they’re illegal or breach these terms.

Delivery

Goods are shipped via standard post (5-7 business days).Delivery times exclude weekends/bank holidays and may vary. You pay delivery costs and must provide an accurate address—we’re not liable for errors you cause.

Cancellation Rights (UK/EU Customers)

You can cancel within 14 days without reason:

• For services: 14 days from purchase;
• For goods: 14 days from receipt (or last item if split delivery).

Exceptions: No cancellation for custom goods, perishable items, urgent services, or certain contracts (e.g., leisure with specific dates).

Effects of Cancellation: Return goods at your cost ASAP. We’ll refund you (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving goods back or proof of return, minus any value lost from excessive handling. If services started, you pay for what was done. Refunds use your original payment method.

Consumer Protection

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (or similar laws) apply and override these terms if there’s a conflict.

We’re not responsible for third-party websites linked on our Site. Check their terms and policies.

Liability

Arlington & Row Ltd, its directors, and affiliates aren’t liable for losses, damages, or costs from your use of the Site, except where law prohibits this.

Indemnity
