At Arlington & Row, we believe booking direct should always offer the best combination of value, confidence and personal service.

If you find the same Arlington & Row property advertised elsewhere at a lower publicly available price, we'll happily match it, provided the booking meets the conditions below.

If you discover an identical stay available at a lower price on another website before making your reservation with us, simply contact us before booking.

Provided the rate qualifies, we'll match the price and you will still enjoy all the benefits of booking directly with Arlington & Row.

‍To Qualify

The lower rate must:

• Be for the exact same property.
• Cover the same arrival and departure dates.
• Be for the same number of guests.
• Include the same booking conditions and cancellation policy.
• Be available to book immediately when we verify it.
• Be advertised in pounds sterling (GBP).

‍Exclusions

Our Best Price Promise does not apply to:

• Member-only, loyalty or subscription rates.
• Mobile-only or app-exclusive pricing.
• Prices available only after signing in or creating an account.
• Promotional vouchers, coupon codes or cashback offers.
• Flash sales or limited-time promotional campaigns.
• Corporate, group or negotiated rates.
• Closed-user group discounts.
• Package holidays or bundled travel offers.
• Pricing errors or technical mistakes.
• Listings or offers not managed directly by Arlington & Row.

We reserve the right to verify any competing offer before approving a price match.

Arlington & Row reserves the right to refuse a Best Price Promise claim where the competing rate cannot be independently verified or does not meet the terms outlined above.

We may amend or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice.
